Global Village Tech Park, also known as Sattva Global City, is a prominent technology park in Bangalore, India. It’s nestled in Kengeri, just off Mysore Road, and is conveniently located near R.V. College of Engineering. The park is easily accessible from Kengeri railway station and Pattanagere metro station.
The campus is set over an impressive 120 acres. The tech park has a SBA of 3 M sq ft. It was once the home base for Mindtree. Until 2019, the Café Coffee Day Group owned the park through its real estate division, Tanglin Developments Ltd. In 2019, the park was valued at ₹ 3,000 crore. Later that year, Café Coffee Day Group sold the park to a consortium led by the Blackstone Group and Salarpuria Sattva for ₹2,700 crore (US$383.41 million). Following the sale, the park was renamed Sattva Global City.
